Aqua-gym is one of the many activities offered by Camping Al Sole.
It is rhythmic gymnastics performed in water. It is possible to do this sport alone or in a group, at any age and, although not indispensable, it is also possible to use specific equipment needed for the sport.
It is particularly recommended for pregnant women. It is an activity that is considered both a sport and a recreation. It also offers esthetic, therapeutic and rehabilitative benefits.

Our body’s resistance to the water offers us the same effects as a massage. It is not necessary to know how to swim to do aqua-gym. It takes only 30 minutes and it should be done at least 3 times a week.
Aqua-gym mainly brings out the following benefits:
