Booking conditions

Reservations must be made by filling out the "book now" section of the website, indicating the date of arrival and departure, the requested pitch or accommodation, the number of guests, age, number of vehicles, animals and any extra services (private bathroom, fridge, linen)

The reservation will be considered valid after payment of the deposit and receipt of confirmation by e-mail from the Management. In the case of multiple bookings, a request must be made for each individual pitch, mobile home or bungalow.

The deposit payment corresponds to 30% of the total stay and is payable by Visa, Mastercard or prepaid credit card. The balance of the entire amount of the stay must be paid at the campsite on the day of arrival. Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted.

The booked days will be charged in full. In case of early departure no refund will be possible, if the customer does not show up on the day of arrival the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit retained in full.

Pitch bookings can be cancelled up to 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Mobile home and bungalow bookings can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.

If the booking is cancelled before the expiry of the aforementioned deadlines, the amount paid will be returned and only €30.00 will be charged as a booking fee, after which time the deposit will be retained in full.

The payment of the deposit by the client confirms the acceptance of the conditions set out herein, as with this act the Reservation Contract is concluded.
